1)洋底动力过程及资源能源灾害效应:利用构造物理模拟的方法与技术,对海底滑坡、俯冲带、走滑拉分盆地、利于油气成藏的反转构造、褶皱、地震断层等构造定量化认识,通过简化实际地质构造,用物理模拟方法研究其演化和成因;

2)陆架和边缘海盆地动力学:西太平洋陆缘含油气盆地构造物理模拟及成盆机制分析;

3)俯冲机制:西北太平洋双俯冲系统的俯冲过程物理模拟;深浅部地球动力过程及耦合关系;
